that's where it's suppose to snow
not on my street, not on my driveway - in the mountains
we've been gettin' a lil' rain here lately
that's the key word, rain
not airport / road closing snow, not i can't see my car snow
no, just drive a lil' safer - it's just a lil' slippery - rain
see the pink and powder blue on the map...
- that's snow - fresh powder, all over the mountains
mountain people like all that snow and freezing temperatures
people that live where it snows on their driveway must be...

BEAUTIFUL SNOW CAPS RIGHT WHERE THEY BELONG
snow is for mountains, skiing, snowball fights and rubber boots
but when you're done with it,
you leave ... bye, bye snow
the snow stays in the mountains, and you drive away,
just drive back home to the beach
- some civilized cities do have snow sometimes,
but why on God's green earth do people live there?
sure some may say that out here in southern california
when it rains we have a few mudslides
mudslides are OK, i needed a facial anyway
but to put up with shoveling snow...
just so i can drive my car - into a snowbank
just crazy
