an0nymous is the future form of internet-based
social activism for social change for sociable people
"this is the future, whether one approves or not,
and the failure on the part of governments and media alike
to understand, and contend with the rapid change now afoot, ought to remind everyone
concerned why it is that this movement is necessary in the first place" - an0nymous
what? what'd he say?
i'm, thinking that this group, with it's headless logo
are just computer nerds with too much time on their hands
beginning with 2008, the an0nymous collective has become
increasingly associated with collaborative, international
hacktivism, they love to hack and drink red bull and hack
they stir-up the pot and then smoke it
they start mass protests and other flash actions,
often their goal is promoting internet freedom
and freedom of speech, and just plain ol'
do whatever you want freedom - read chaos
actions credited to "an0nymous" are undertaken by
unidentified individuals who apply the an0nymous label
to themselves as attribution, (they wanna belong)
but where is all this freedom and flashing leading us?
well, nothing is wrong with freedom
and i personally love flashing, specially during spring break
so, as long as these guys don't call for a flash mob at
my mcdonald's and stay outta my hard drive...
- i say, let the kids have their fun
