Judge rules in favor of breast cancer organization's 'boobies' bracelets
a very smart federal judge in philadelphia recently ruled
that middle school students at east area middle school
cannot be punished or made fun of
- for wearing breast cancer awareness bracelets
which are distributed by the cancer awareness organization
keep a breast as a fundraising project
the bracelets proclaim the students love of 'boobies'
these, the bracelets, not necessarily the boobies
have become a big hit with the teenaged boys

at the school, most of whom aren't even aware of
breast cancer awareness month
some students were initially suspended for wearing
the bracelets in class, the school banned the wristwear
a lawsuit was filed and the judge ruled in favor of boobies
i told you that this is a smart judge
the federal court's ruling banned the school district from
suspending, threatening to suspend, or otherwise
punishing or disciplining the plaintiffs for wearing the
boobie bracelets, still most of the boys still snicker a lot
a lawyer for the school district disagreed with the ruling
and said it was 'inconceivable that the court failed to realize
that the bracelets are meant to titillate young boys'
and he added that 'there's no group more distractible than
12 to14 year old middle school boys'
