the 114.5 trillion dollar super-skyscraper is the amount of
money the US government knows it does not have
it doesn't have it for its medicare payments,
it doesn't have it for its medicare prescription drug program
it doesn't have it to fund its social security program
its military and civil servant pension programs
it's the money that the government knows it does not have
