well see here what recently happened
after days of stalemate, turmoil and childish bickering,
the senate has passed a special health bill to aid 9/11 first responders
and without a single "no" vote - the bill passed by unanimous consent
the upper chamber took up the measure after new york
democrats dealt with gop senators who objected
to the legislation's cost and the process by which it was written
it then went to the house for final passage
democratic majority leader steny hoyer negotiated with the gop
side and that quickly got the bill to the house floor
a final vote was taken and the bill was approved
and then the president went to hawaii

the good part is that the white house said that the whole thing was
a comedians fault, the comic that really got the ball rolling
- brought this thing to a head, so we can have christmas
