THANKS FOR THE MEMORIES

ya know how that as soon as you are introduced to someone

you forget their name…

and you know how you are finding it difficult - concentrating…

what.. are you just getting stupid

well, maybe, but it’s probably not your fault

you were just on the phone or waiting for a text

or time alone with you computer, in the other room,

with the door locked

the point is you were thinking about something else

there's way too many things going on in your head

here's some advice

you need to work on your ‘working memory’

your long term memory is probably shot by now

but, your working memory can be helped, - it takes some work

you’ll be able to remember things and concentrate on what you’re doing

just send $45.99 plus shipping to… no, i kid, - here’s the answer...

you have to quit multi-tasking, you should ignore most people,

you need to watch where you’re walking, driving, sitting, standing, etc

ya know those people who stop and stand and talk...

RIGHT IN THE MIDDLE OF THE EFFING WAY...OF EVERYTHING

i hate that... you need to be aware of your surroundings, not your phone

this takes effort, you think you can handle everything at once

- not so

you’re nobody special, the human brain can only do so much

and with the music on, while working on your computer, watching tv

and texts coming to your cell phone, and the sat-nav telling you to turn…

(why are you driving)

you’re just plain old distracted and you need to focus

...and return my emails
