during the superbowl halftime show yesterday...
well, madonna chickened out - no nipple rings or anything
but her urban sidekick, m.i.a. - which i guess stands for
my ignorant attitude - was happy to oblige
i thought that was mary blige...
but what do i know about popular culture other than
it's dope... read dopey
m.i.a. - in a sweet, heartfelt gesture, appeared to offer
the fans... the finger
ya know the middle one, in other words the bird
she gave us the finger, she flipped us off...
she did this while lip-singing her song 'i don't give a shit'
now, is it me, or did football morph into something else
nbc later did apologize for the inappropriate gesture
they said that the spontaneous finger was a little too
quick for their delay system to bleep out
i don't buy it, i think that the children that are running
nbc and most everything nowadays... like this kinda action
and as the song sez, actually 'don't give a shit'
not about anything but seeing how weird things can get
before all the superbowl ads are for go-daddy
