this is a huge sample in britain,
most times you can never get the brits to answer polls
they never wanna say what they really feel
you'd think maybe ricky gervais would have polled well
but ol' rick wasn't even in the top 10
robin williams was named top international comedian
it is great to see trailblazing stand-ups such as connolly
and williams get the respect they deserve
- from 2000 people, a lousy 2000 brits for that matter
both have consistently pushed the comedy envelope and
they have over 40 years of experience between them
they are the funniest men on the planet
- so said 2000 people, a whole 2000 people
that's what i hate about these 'surveys'
teams of one or two people fan out across a storefront
and ask a handful of random people a question
- and now we have a definitive sampling and a winner
- maybe that's the way we should pick a presidential nominee
that would sure save a lot of time and debating
i wonder what robin williams would say about the scots...
