a 5-year-old pennsylvania girl who told another girl
she
was going to shoot her with a pink toy gun
the kind that blows soapy bubbles
has been
suspended from her kindergarten class
ya really gotta be bad to be suspended from kindergarten
well, her family has hired an attorney
which is yet another problem our society faces
they will, with all their power fight the punishment
saying that her sentence was much too severe
initially the suspension was 10 days but was reduced to two
she served one day and has returned to apologize
officials labeled the girl a "terrorist threat" for the bubble gun
the girl didn't even have the
bubble gun with her
and has never even seen a real gun
however she is on a government watch list, a no fly list
and her and her family will be going to
guantanamo bay this summer
