there's a lot of talk about the end of the world
and there's a lot of talk lately about the ark of the covenant
which brings us to lia fail, or in english, the stone of destiny
ya see, there's this big rock in ireland
right in the middle of everything, right where people see it
and the people really don't wanna look at it anymore
it makes the women nuts and the men a little sad
there are several different and conflicting myths describing
how the lia fáil is said to have been brought to ireland
the main one is that when jeremiah left the holy land
he made his way to ireland, presumably for the whiskey
he brought with him the ark of the covenant, some scared stones
and his daughter
his daughter promptly married the king of ireland, smart kid
they made a very special coronation stone for future kings' coronations
- a very special place to show the king's power
and of course, his unquestionable virility
later, they hide the ark of the covenant from the vikings
the stories and the searches for it have gone on for 100s of years
but the news now, and the reason we bring up this stiffy in the 1st place
is that the ark of the covenant has been found, yes i say
it's been hiding safely all along in the edinburgh castle
that's good news, and now that that has happened
jesus will be coming back very quickly
and that means that the show is almost over
and then very soon the good people of ireland
won't have to look at that nasty rock anymore
