GET OFF THE COUCH YOU LAZY TWIT

we got the word yesterday

it's time to get off the couch and do something

roseanne's new hit show was cancelled

 

costing many jobs and many millions of dollars

 

but that's not important

 

what's important is that they silence anybody who says

 

anything they don't like

 

we also learned that marching in the streets

 

or even burning down your own neighborhood

 

doesn't get any action

 

no

 

what gets action is twitter

 

you've got to be a real twit

 

an annoying sob that knows how to whine until

 

major corporations are brought to their knees

 

look at starbucks yesterday

 

they closed half a day to teach their employees

 

to be sensitive to people of color

 

allow them to use the restrooms

 

help themselves to their hospitality and loiter all day

 

free, without being a customer or spending any money

 

this is a nice and friendly business model that will

 

soon make starbucks just an overpriced memory

 

and a bar in portland hosted people of color

and gave them a crisp $10 bill as they arrived

this was a reparation gift funded primarily by white people

yet another really sweet business model

this was to somehow make up for 1000s of years of slavery

nowadays all you need is a phone and a thumb

and you can rule the world

 

but

it's time for people who have brains and not just

opposing digits and access to the internet

to reverse this madness, but how can it be done

first step is to stop believing what the television tells you

they have an agenda and it's not only about profits

the next thing to do is just give up completely

 

turn on your radio and just sing out aloud until you're silly
